  NOMINATION OF BRIGADIER GENERAL MICHAEL J. WALSH TO BE MAJOR GENERAL

  Mr. DORGAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to executive session to consider Calendar No. 526, the 
nomination of BG Michael J. Walsh; that the nomination be confirmed; 
that the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table; that any 
statements related to the nomination be printed in the Record, as if 
read; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's 
action, and the Senate then resume legislative session.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection? Without objection, it is
