TO CLARIFY HEALTH CARE PROVIDED BY THE SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
Mr. LEVIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate now
proceed to the consideration of H.R. 5014, which was received from the
House and is at the desk.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.

A bill (H.R. 5014) to clarify the health care provided by
the Secretary of Veterans Affairs that constitutes minimum
essential coverage.
