                HAITI ECONOMIC LIFT PROGRAM ACT OF 2010

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 5160, which was received 
from the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5160) to extend the Caribbean Basin Economic 
     Recovery Act, to provide customs support services to Haiti, 
     and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
measure.
  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
read a third time.
  The bill (H.R. 5160) was ordered to a third reading and was read the 
third time.
