SCHEDULE
Mr. REID. Mr. President, following leader remarks, there will be a
period of morning business for 90 minutes, with Senators permitted to
speak for up to 10 minutes each. The first 30 minutes will be under the
control of the Republicans, the majority will control the next 30
minutes, and the remaining time will be equally divided.
Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of
the motion to proceed to the Wall Street reform legislation, with the
time until 12:20 equally divided. At 12:20 p.m., the Senate will
proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to
proceed to Wall Street reform. That will be the third such vote we will
have taken in the last few days.
