                  ON THE PASSING OF DR. DOROTHY HEIGHT

  Ms. LEE of California. Mr. Speaker, I ask that my comments on the 
passing of Dr. Dorothy Height be included with those of the Special 
Order that Congresswoman Diane Watson will be anchoring this evening.
