AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMANCIPATION HALL
Mr. DURBIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H. Con. Res 243, which is at
the desk and just received from the House.

A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 243) authorizing the
use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for an
event to celebrate the birthday of King Kamehameha.
