SCHEDULE
Mr. REID. Mr. President, following leader remarks, the Senate will be
in a period for the transaction of morning business until 3 p.m., with
Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each, with the time
equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their
designees.
At 3 p.m., the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 1586, the
Federal Aviation Administration legislation. At 5:30 p.m., the Senate
will proceed to a series of up to three rollcall votes in relation to
the FAA bill. Senators will be notified when we know exactly how many
rollcall votes will be necessary before we complete action on the bill
tonight.
