BANKRUPTCY JUDGESHIP ACT OF 2010
The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mrs. Halvorson). The unfinished business is
the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R.
4506, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Cohen) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, H.R. 4506, as amended.

absent during rollcall vote No. 111. Had I been present, I would have
voted ``yea'' on the motion to suspend the rules and pass H.R. 4506,
the Bankruptcy Judgeship Act of 2010, which will authorize the
appointment of additional bankruptcy judges into the courts.
