          NORTH AMERICAN WETLANDS CONSERVATION ACT AMENDMENTS

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 308, H.R. 3433.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 3433) to amend the North American Wetlands 
     Conservation Act to establish requirements regarding payment 
     of the non-Federal share of the costs of wetlands 
     conservation projects in Canada that are funded under that 
     Act, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. DURBIN. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read a third 
time and passed; the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table, with 
no intervening action or debate; and any statements related to the bill 
be printed in the Record.
