                                PROGRAM

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, tomorrow, we will resume consideration 
of the tax extenders legislation. Currently, we have three amendments 
pending to the bill--the Thune amendment, the Sessions amendment, and 
the Landrieu amendment. Earlier today, we were able to reach agreement 
on the next four amendments in order. Senators Murray and Sanders will 
offer the next two Democratic amendments and Senator Bunning will offer 
the next two Republican amendments. Rollcall votes are expected to 
occur throughout the day.
