                                PROGRAM

  Mr. CASEY. Mr. President, tomorrow the Senate will resume 
consideration of the Smith nomination. I hope we will be able to yield 
back some of the postcloture debate time so we may proceed to a vote on 
confirmation at a reasonable time. Upon disposition of the Smith 
nomination, the Senate will immediately proceed to vote on the motion 
to invoke cloture on the nomination of Martha Johnson to be 
Administrator of General Services.
