                  ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, JANUARY 26, 2010

  Mr. SPECTER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. Tuesday, 
January 26; that following the prayer and the pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and the Senate resume consideration of H.J. Res. 45, the debt 
limit bill, as provided for under the previous order. Finally, I ask 
that the Senate recess from 12:30 to 2:15 for the weekly caucus 
luncheons.
