                  UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--S. 2766

  Mr. WARNER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate resumes debate on the Defense authorization bill on Tuesday, the 
time between then and 12:15 be equally divided between the chairman and 
ranking member or their designees; provided further, that at 12:15, the 
Senate proceed to vote on amendment No. 4208, with no amendments in 
order to the amendment. That is the amendment I just introduced.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. WARNER. Mr. President, the matters with regard to this bill are 
concluded for tonight. I yield the floor.
