            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, under the previous order, as in executive 
session, I ask unanimous consent that at 10:05 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 
the Senate proceed to executive session, with 10 minutes of debate 
equally divided between the chairman and ranking member, followed by a 
vote on the confirmation of the following judicial nomination on the 
Executive Calendar: Calendar No. 626, Renee Marie Bumb to be United 
States District Judge for the District of New Jersey; provided further 
that following the vote, the President be immediately notified of the 
Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
