                         ORDER FOR ADJOURNMENT

Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, if there is no further business to come
before the Senate, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate stand in
adjournment under the previous order.
Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask the majority leader if he would give
me the option to make a closing statement, and that the Senate adjourn
after that option is given.
Mr. FRIST. I have no objection to that.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
The Senator from Illinois is recognized.
