                           ORDER OF BUSINESS

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, it is my understanding that the majority 
leader wants to have a judge vote at 10:30 tomorrow morning.
  Mr. McCONNELL. We would like to have a vote in the morning on a 
district judge, if that would be possible.
  Mr. REID. I think we should alert all Members that we will have a 
vote in the morning.
  Mr. McCONNELL. I thank my friend from Nevada.
