UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR
Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent at 10 a.m. on
Tuesday, the Senate proceed to executive session and an immediate vote
on the confirmation of calendar No. 600, Michael Chagares, to be a
United States circuit judge for the Third Circuit; provided further
that following that vote, the President be immediately notified of the
Senate's action and the Senate resume legislative session.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, I suggest the absence of a quorum.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will call the roll.
The assistant legislative clerk proceeded to call the roll.
