Senator from Colorado, Mr. Salazar.

  Mr. REID. I see the Senator from Louisiana. It is my understanding 
she and Senator Kerry need 10 minutes.
  How much time does the Senator from Louisiana need?
  Ms. LANDRIEU. Ten minutes.
  Mr. REID. OK. So 20 minutes to Senator Salazar and 10 minutes to 
Senator Landrieu.
