  Stated for:
Mr. TIAHRT. Mr. Speaker, I inadvertently missed rollcall vote 81,
final passage of H.R. 609, the College Access and Opportunity Act.
Please record that I would have voted ``aye.''
Mr. ISSA. Mr. Speaker, I was not present for rollcall vote No. 81
because I was on official travel. Had I been present, I would have
voted in favor of H.R. 609, the College Access and Opportunity Act of
2005.
Mr. BACHUS. Mr. Speaker, earlier today I was inadvertently detained
during rollcall vote No. 81. Had I been present, I would have voted
``aye.''
