  Mr. SOUDER. Mr. Speaker, earlier today, I mistakenly cast my vote 
against tabling the privileged motion offered by Minority Leader Nancy 
Pelosi. In fact, I intended to vote in favor of tabling the motion and 
would like my intentions to be reflected in the Record.
