  Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, pursuant to the rules of the Senate, I 
hereby give notice that next week, I intend to move to proceed to a 
measure that amends the Senate rules.
  Mr. President, pursuant to the rules of the Senate, I hereby give 
notice that next week, I intend to move to proceed to S. 2349 that 
amends the Senate rules.
  Mr. President, pursuant to the rules of the Senate, I hereby give 
notice that next week, I intend to move to proceed to S. 2128 that 
amends the Senate rules.
