ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2005
Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it stand in adjournment until 9
a.m. on Wednesday, December 21. I further ask that following the prayer
and pledge the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of
proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be

reserved, and the Senate then resume consideration of the conference
report to accompany S. 1932 as under the previous order. I further ask
consent that there be 10 minutes for each leader prior to the vote on
the final action on S. 1932.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
Mr. FRIST. I further ask consent that following the disposition of S.
1932, there then be 1 hour of debate equally divided between the two
leaders or their designees for debate only and that following that time
the Senate proceed to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the
conference report to accompany H.R. 2863, the Defense appropriations
bill; provided further that the live quorum be waived.
