The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. DeMINT). Under the previous order, the
Senate having received a conference report on H.R. 2528, that report is
considered agreed to and the motion to reconsider that act is laid on
the table.
Mr. ROBERTS. Mr. President, at this time, under the regular order and
a unanimous consent request, the distinguished Senator from Ohio was to
be recognized. He has acquiesced in my behalf that I may be recognized
for 15 minutes. I ask unanimous consent that I may speak as in morning
business for 15 minutes, to be followed by the Senator from Ohio, and
that the Senator from Colorado will be recognized after the Senator
from Ohio.
