                            MORNING BUSINESS

The PRESIDING OFFICER. If the Senator will allow, under the previous
order, we are scheduled to go into a period for the transaction of
morning business until 3 p.m. The time will be equally divided until 3
p.m.
Mr. DURBIN. Could the Chair advise me how much time I would have
under that understanding? Is it half of 35 minutes?
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator is correct.
