                   FILING OF AMENDMENTS TO H.R. 2863

  Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent all first-degree 
amendments to H.R. 2863, the Defense appropriations bill, be filed at 
the desk no later than 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4, and all first-
degree amendments be subject to relevant second-degree amendments.
