               ANNOUNCING THE BIRTH OF JACK KEVIN BARTON

  (Mr. BARTON of Texas asked and was given permission to address the 
House for 1 minute.)
  Mr. BARTON of Texas. Mr. Speaker, we have had some catastrophes the 
last several weeks in our great Nation, but there is some good news. I 
am proud to report that the Sixth District of Texas has a new voter, at 
least in 18 years.
  Jack Kevin Barton was born to my sweet wife, Terri, last Thursday 
evening at 7:06. He weighs 10 pounds, 4 ounces. He is in good health 
and is politically unaffiliated.
