                              ADJOURNMENT

  Mr. PEARCE. Mr. Speaker, pursuant to House Resolution 422, I move 
that

the House do now adjourn in memory of the late Hon. William H. 
Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the United States.
  The motion was agreed to; accordingly (at 11 o'clock and 44 minutes 
p.m.), pursuant to House Resolution 422, the House adjourned until 
tomorrow, Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at 10 a.m. in memory of the 
late Hon. William H. Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the United States.
