  Mr. ANDREWS. Mr. Speaker, I regret that I missed five votes on July 
28, 2005. Had I been present I would have voted ``yes'' on rollcall 
Nos. 448, 450 and 452. I would have voted ``no'' on rollcall Nos. 449 
and 451.
