IN HONOR OF SPECIALIST JAMES O. KINLOW

Mr. NORWOOD. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to pay tribute to Specialist
James O. Kinlow who died while serving our country in the war in Iraq.
Specialist Kinlow's family resides in Thomson, Georgia and his family
resides in Lincolnton, Georgia. This brave soldier was assigned to A
company, 2nd Battalion, 121st infantry regiment, Army National Guard,
Valdosta, Georgia.
His life was taken by an improvised explosive device that detonated
near his vehicle on July 24, 2005.
Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Mr. Kinlow's family
and friends. His service and commitment to freedom will never be
forgotten.
