   PERMISSION FOR REDACTION OF MISSTATEMENT FROM CONGRESSIONAL RECORD

  Mr. EDWARDS. Mr. Speaker, today I made a factual statement about 
Secretary Rumsfeld. I later corrected myself. But to ensure against the 
possibility that the initial misstatement might be viewed out of 
context with the correction, I ask unanimous consent to redact my 
initial reference to Secretary Rumsfeld and the statement of correction 
from the Record.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentleman from Texas?
  There was no objection.
