Mr. ISRAEL. Mr. Speaker, is the gentleman allowed to make
allegations, false allegations about another Member on the floor of the
House during this time?
Mr. McHENRY. Mr. Speaker, if I may address this, these are not false
allegations
Mr. ISRAEL. Mr. Speaker, I would appreciate a ruling.
