                         PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR

  Mr. BURNS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that privilege of 
the floor be granted to Rexon Ryu, a detailee with Senator Hagel's 
office, during consideration of S. 600, the State Department 
authorization bill.

  Mr. LUGAR. I ask unanimous consent that Jennifer Gergen and Joseph 
Bowab, two detailees from the State Department who are serving with the 
Foreign Relations Committee staff, receive floor privileges during 
consideration of S. 600.

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, at the request of Senator Lieberman, I ask
