suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to amend
the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to reauthorize funding for the
Office of Government Ethics, and to clarify the definition of a
`special Government employee' under title 18, United States Code.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
