TRADEMARK ANTICOUNTERFEITING ACT OF 1998

suspending the rules and passing the bill, H.R. 3891, as amended.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Goodlatte) that the House suspend the
rules and pass the bill, H.R. 3891, as amended.
The question was taken.
Mr. FORBES. Mr. Speaker, I object to the vote on the ground that a
quorum is not present and make the point of order that a quorum is not
present.

rejected.
