        AMERICAN INDIAN TRUST FUND MANAGEMENT REFORM ACT OF 1994

  Mr. BREAUX. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed 
to the immediate consideration of H.R. 4833, the American Indian Trust 
Fund Management Reform Act of 1994 just received from the House, the 
bill be read three times and passed, and that the motion to reconsider 
be laid upon the table; and further that any statements on this measure 
appear in the Record at the appropriate place as though read.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

third time, and passed.
