			COASTAL PLAIN PROTECTION ACT

	1 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
	
	2 	This Act may be cited as the ��Arctic Cultural and
	
	3 Coastal Plain Protection Act��.
	
	4 SEC. 2. REPEAL OF ARCTIC NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE
	
	5 		OIL AND GAS PROGRAM.
	
	6 	Section 20001 of Public Law 115-97 (16 U.S.C.
	
	7 3143 note) is hereby repealed.
	
	8 SEC. 3. INSPECTION FEE COLLECTION.
	
	9 	Section 22 of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act
	
	10 (43 U.S.C. 1348) is amended by adding at the end the
	
	11 following:
	
	12 	��(g) INSPECTION FEES.-
	
	13 		��(1) ESTABLISHMENT.-The Secretary of the
	
	14 	Interior shall collect from the operators of facilities
	
	15 	subject to inspection under subsection (c) non-re-
	
	16	fundable fees for such inspections-
	
	17 		��(A) at an aggregate level equal to the
	
	18 	amount necessary to offset the annual expenses
