2  (a)  SHORT  TITLE.-This Act  may be  cited  as  the  

3  "Resilient Federal Forests Act of 2017".

  Subtitle B--Categorical Exclusions 

  Sec. 111. Categorical exclusion to expedite certain critical response actions. 
  Sec. 112. Categorical exclusion to expedite salvage operations in response to catastrophic events.
