            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="612">SEC. 612. </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t10/s113">10 U.S.C. 113 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">COORDINATION OF PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION MOVES WITH SCHOOL YEAR </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">The Secretary of each military department shall establish procedures to ensure that, to the maximum extent practicable within operational and other military requirements, permanent change of station moves for members of the Armed Forces under the jurisdiction of the Secretary who have dependents in elementary or secondary school occur at times that avoid disruption of the school schedules of such dependents.</content>
