</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:header bold="off" display-inline="yes-display-inline">For the Capitol</compsdtd:header><compsdtd:text cross-reference-style="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline">: For work at Capitol, and for general repairs thereof, including wages of mechanics and laborers, twenty-one thousand three hundred and forty-five dollars and seventy-five cents.</compsdtd:text><compsdtd:subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDBE1E13AEF6C94ACCB8071BF2B7E1D6D9" in-effect="yes" style="OLC" type="subsequent"><compsdtd:enum>
</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:text cross-reference-style="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline">Hereafter the office of Architect of the Capitol shall be designated as Superintendent of the Capitol Building and Grounds, and <compsdtd:legis-comment>40 U.S.C. 162</compsdtd:legis-comment> the Superintendent of the Capitol Building and Grounds<compsdtd:footnote-ref idref="IDE5491C9E278844D4B9F80A4151376AA4">1</compsdtd:footnote-ref> shall hereafter exercise all the power and authority heretofore exercised by the Architect of the Capitol: <compsdtd:italic>Provided, </compsdtd:italic>That no change in the architectural features of the Capitol building or in the landscape features of the Capitol grounds shall be made except on plans to be approved by Congress.</compsdtd:text><compsdtd:footnote id="IDE5491C9E278844D4B9F80A4151376AA4">

<compsdtd:para commented="no" indent="1em">The Act of March 3, 1921 (Ch. 124; 41 Stat. 1291) provides the ``title of `Superintendent of the Capitol Building and Grounds' is hereby changed to `Architect of the Capitol'''.</compsdtd:para>
