McCormack Post Office and Courthouse located at One Post Office Square in Boston, Massachusetts. All proceeds from such sale, less direct expenses incurred in the sale, shall be deposited into the fund established under section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act.</compsdtd:text></compsdtd:section><compsdtd:section style="other" other-style="traditional-inline" id="ID82A4910B6BFD4DA9A6D9C434D102CE92" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><compsdtd:enum>12.</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:text display-inline="yes-display-inline" cross-reference-style="no">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of General Services is authorized and directed to provided not less than 120,000 square feet of storage space, together with additional space as necessary for office use, to establish a National Long Term Records Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts for the specialized storage of Federal agency records by the National Archives and Records Administration: <compsdtd:italic>Provided, </compsdtd:italic>That notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of General Services is authorized and directed to provide not less than 3,000 square feet of public space in Pittsfield, Massachusetts for a satellite facility of the New England Regional Archives: <compsdtd:italic>Provided further, </compsdtd:italic>That the Archivist of the United States shall assign adequate personnel to operate the satellite facility established by this section: <compsdtd:italic>Provided further, </compsdtd:italic>That the Administrator of General Services and the Archivist of the United States shall report on a quarterly basis to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations on the progress made to implement the directives in this section and the resources necessary to complete the Long Term Records Center and the satellite facility.</compsdtd:text></compsdtd:section><compsdtd:section style="other" other-style="traditional-inline" id="ID8CD0897DE8C3418DB93DBBBE71CFD366" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><compsdtd:enum>13.</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:text display-inline="yes-display-inline" cross-reference-style="no">Notwithstanding the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1982 (Public Law 97–258, 31 U.S.C. 1345), any agency, department or instrumentality of the United States which provides or proposes to provide child care services for Federal employees may reimburse any Federal employee or any person employed to provide such services for travel, transportation and subsistence expenses incurred for training classes, conferences or other meetings in connection with the provision of such services: <compsdtd:italic>Provided,</compsdtd:italic> That any per diem allowance made pursuant to this section shall not exceed the rate specified in regulations prescribed pursuant to section 5707 of title 5, United States Code.</compsdtd:text><compsdtd:omitted-text type="7" /></compsdtd:section><compsdtd:section style="other" other-style="traditional-inline" id="ID7FC08B04BDDD47EC8D883564EDD7DAC5" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><compsdtd:enum>15.</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:legis-comment>Section 15 was repealed by section 6 of P.L. 107–217 (116 Stat. 1062).</compsdtd:legis-comment></compsdtd:section><compsdtd:section style="other" other-style="traditional-inline" id="IDB70233AD7B2F4121A92BF37B9F823998" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><compsdtd:enum>16.</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:text display-inline="yes-display-inline" cross-reference-style="no">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General Services Administration is hereby authorized to sell, at competitive bid, the Federal Building located at 500 Quarrier Street in Charleston, West Virginia, and to deposit such proceeds into the Federal Buildings Fund.</compsdtd:text></compsdtd:section><compsdtd:section style="other" other-style="traditional-inline" id="ID31A3290A13AE4257AF349744EC1580F6" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><compsdtd:enum>17.</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:subsection display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="ID626AAA7A30DD42F7BEF276479004ED37" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" style="OLC"><compsdtd:enum>(a)</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:text display-inline="yes-display-inline" cross-reference-style="no">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of General Services is authorized to sell on such terms and conditions as the Administrator deems proper, the Federal Building and United States Courthouse located at 110 South Fourth Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota. All proceeds from such sale, less direct expenses, shall be deposited into the fund established under section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, and the General Services Administration is authorized to use such funds, in addition to amounts received as New Obligational Authority in the Construction and Acquisition of Facilities activity of the Federal Buildings Fund for the construction of a new Federal Building and United States Courthouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.</compsdtd:text></compsdtd:subsection><compsdtd:subsection id="ID4886BCF14A1649228B673947FFF6C8F6" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline"><compsdtd:enum>(b)</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:text display-inline="yes-display-inline" cross-reference-style="no">In addition, the General Services Administration is hereby authorized to accept donations from the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota and to deposit such donations into the fund established under section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, and the General Services Administration is authorized to use such funds, in addition to the amount received as New Obligational Authority in the Construction and Acquisition of Facilities activity of the Federal Buildings Fund for the construction of a new Federal Building and United States Courthouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.</compsdtd:text></compsdtd:subsection><compsdtd:subsection id="IDF16A506DD70A4DD0863F4E6EF9EA2D74" commented="no" type="subsequent" in-effect="yes" style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline"><compsdtd:enum>(c)</compsdtd:enum><compsdtd:text display-inline="yes-display-inline" cross-reference-style="no">There are hereby appropriated, out of the Federal Buildings Fund, such sums as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of subsections (a) and (b).</compsdtd:text><compsdtd:omitted-text type="7" /></compsdtd:subsection></compsdtd:section></compsdtd:account></foreign>
