    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To provide for the implementation of certain trafficking in contracting provisions, and for other purposes.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section identifier="/us/sComp/117/211/s1" style="-uslm-dtd:section" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><editorialNote role="uscRef" style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t22/s7101">22 U.S.C. 7101 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content class="block" style="-uslm-dtd:text">This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote">End Human Trafficking in Government Contracts Act of 2022</shortTitle>”.</content>
        </section>
        <section identifier="/us/sComp/117/211/s2" style="-uslm-dtd:section" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAFFICKING IN CONTRACTING PROVISIONS. </heading>
            <subsection identifier="/us/sComp/117/211/s2/a" style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Requirement To Refer Violations to Agency Suspension and Debarment Official.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 1704(c)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 22 U.S.C. 7104b(c)(1)) is amended—</chapeau>
                <paragraph identifier="/us/sComp/117/211/s2/a/1" style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">refer the matter to the agency suspension and debarment official and</quotedText>” before  “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">consider taking one of the following actions</quotedText>”; and</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph identifier="/us/sComp/117/211/s2/a/2" style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking subparagraph (G).</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection identifier="/us/sComp/117/211/s2/b" style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Report on Implementation of Trafficking in Contracting Provisions.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall submit to Congress a report on implementation of title XVII of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2092).</content>
