        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote"><inline style="-uslm-dtd:short-title">Arkansas Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1992</inline></shortTitle>”.</content>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s2" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">WILD, SCENIC, AND RECREATIONAL RIVER DESIGNATIONS. </heading>

        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s3" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">FEDERAL PROTECTION FOR STATE DESIGNATED RIVERS. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s3/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In General.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The river segments described in subsection (b) are designated as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System to be managed by the State of Arkansas in accordance with the requirements for rivers included in the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System pursuant to section 2(a)(ii) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act (16 U.S.C. 1273(a)(ii)).</content>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s3/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">River Segments.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The river segments referred to in subsection (a) are—</chapeau>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s3/b/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the 10.4-mile segment of the Cossatot River from the Forest Proclamation Boundary to the intersection with State Highway 4; and</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s3/b/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the 0.3-mile segment of the Brushy Creek tributary from the Forest Proclamation Boundary to its confluence with the Cossatot River.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s4" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SAVINGS PROVISION. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" styleType="OLC" role="undesignated-level"><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Nothing in this Act is intended to prohibit the Secretary of the Army from—</chapeau>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s4/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">operating Gillham Lake, including lake levels and releases, in a manner consistent with the Gillham project (as authorized by section 203 of the Flood Control Act of 1958 (Public Law 85–500)); or</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/102/275/s4/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">establishing a public use area for float trip termination at the confluence of the Cossatot River with Gillham Lake.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
        </section>
    </main>
