    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To redesignate the Jimmy Carter National Historic Site as the “Jimmy Carter National Historical Park”.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s410hhhh">16 U.S.C. 410hhhh note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Jimmy Carter National Historical Park Redesignation Act</shortTitle>”. </content>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">DESIGNATION OF JIMMY CARTER NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s410hhhh">16 U.S.C. 410hhhh note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In General.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The Jimmy Carter National Historic Site shall be known and designated as the “Jimmy Carter National Historical Park”. </content>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Amendments to Public Law 100-206.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Public Law 100-206 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note; 101 Stat. 1434) is amended— </chapeau>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s410hhhh">16 U.S.C. 410hhhh</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in section 1(a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">National Historic Site</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">National Historical Park</quotedText>”; </content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s410hhhh-2">16 U.S.C. 410hhhh-2</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in section 3— </chapeau>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/2/A" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subsection (a), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">provisions of law generally applicable to national historic sites</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">provisions of law generally applicable to units of the National Park System</quotedText>”; and </content>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/2/B" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subsection (d), in the second sentence, by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">National Historic Site</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">National Historical Park</quotedText>”; </content>
                    </subparagraph>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/3" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s410hhhh-5">16 U.S.C. 410hhhh-5</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in section 6(2), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">National Historic Site</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">National Historical Park</quotedText>”; </content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/4" styleType="OLC">

                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/5" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="5">(5) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">historic site</quotedText>” each place it appears and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">historical park</quotedText>”; and </content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/341/s2/b/6" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="6">(6) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Historic Site</quotedText>” each place it appears and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Historical Park</quotedText>”. </content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>

                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="c">(c) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s410hhhh">16 U.S.C. 410hhhh note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">References.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the  Jimmy Carter National Historic Site shall be considered to be a reference to the “Jimmy Carter National Historical Park”. </content>
