    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To amend the Klamath Basin Water Supply Enhancement Act of 2000 to make certain technical corrections.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">KLAMATH BASIN WATER SUPPLY ENHANCEMENT ACT OF 2000 TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS. </heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 4(b) of the Klamath Basin Water Supply Enhancement Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2222; 132 Stat. 3887) is amended—</chapeau>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/1" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (1)—</chapeau>
                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/1/A" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)—</chapeau>
                    <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/1/A/i" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Pursuant to the reclamation laws and subject</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Subject</quotedText>”; and</content>
                    </clause>
                    <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/1/A/ii" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">may</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">is authorized to</quotedText>”; and</content>
                    </clause>
                </subparagraph>
                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/1/B" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (A), by inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">, including conservation and efficiency measures, land idling, and use of groundwater,</quotedText>” after  “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">administer programs</quotedText>”;</content>
                </subparagraph>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/2" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (3)(A), by inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">and</quotedText>” after the semicolon at the end;</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/3" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by redesignating the second paragraph (4) (relating to the effect of the subsection) as paragraph (5); and</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/4" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="4">(4) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (5) (as so redesignated)—</chapeau>
                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/4/A" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking subparagraph (B);</content>
                </subparagraph>
                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/4/B" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (A), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">; or</quotedText>” and inserting a period; and</content>
                </subparagraph>
                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s1/4/C" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">(C) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">the Secretary—</quotedText>” and all that follows through  “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">to develop</quotedText>” in subparagraph (A) and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">the Secretary to develop</quotedText>”.</content>
                </subparagraph>
            </paragraph>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s2" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">CONTINUED USE OF PICK-SLOAN MISSOURI BASIN PROGRAM PROJECT USE POWER BY THE KINSEY IRRIGATION COMPANY AND THE SIDNEY WATER USERS IRRIGATION DISTRICT. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s2/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Authorization.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Notwithstanding any other provision of law and subject to subsection (b), the Secretary of the Interior (acting through the Commissioner of Reclamation) shall continue to treat the irrigation pumping units known as the “Kinsey Irrigation Company” in Custer County, Montana and the “Sidney Water Users Irrigation District” in Richland County, Montana, or any successor to the Kinsey Irrigation Company or Sidney Water Users Irrigation District, as irrigation pumping units of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program for the purposes of wheeling, administration, and payment of project use power, including the applicability of provisions relating to the treatment of costs beyond the ability   to pay under section 9 of the Act of December 22, 1944 (commonly known as the “Flood Control Act of 1944”) (58 Stat. 891, chapter 665).</content>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/116/191/s2/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Limitation.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The quantity of power to be provided to the Kinsey Irrigation Company and the Sidney Water Users Irrigation District (including any successor to the Kinsey Irrigation Company or the Sidney Water Users Irrigation District) under subsection (a) may not exceed the maximum quantity of power provided to the Kinsey Irrigation Company and the Sidney Water Users Irrigation District under the applicable contract for electric service in effect on the date of enactment of this Act.</content>
            </subsection>
