SEC. 19. LOWER MISSISSIPPI RIVER WATERWAY ADVISORY COMMITTEE. (a)* * * (b) The Committee shall consist of twenty-five members who have expertise, knowledge, and experience regarding the transportation, equipment, and techniques that are used to ship cargo and to navigate vessels on the Lower Mississippi River and its connecting navigable waterways including the Gulf of Mexico: (1) * * * * * * * * * * (12) One member representing the Associated Federal Pilots and Docking Masters of Louisiana. (g) The Committee shall terminate on September 30, 2020.

SEC. 27.1 SHIP SHOAL LIGHTHOUSE TRANSFER. Notwithstanding another law, the Secretary of Transportation shall transfer without consideration to the city of Benvick, Louisiana, all rights, title, and interest of the United States in the aid to navigation structure known as the Ship Shoal Lighthouse, Louisiana. * * * * * * *
