            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="19">SEC. 19. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">LOWER MISSISSIPPI RIVER WATERWAY ADVISORY COMMITTEE. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/102/241/s19/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a)<elided style="-uslm-dtd:omitted-text">* * *</elided> </num>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/102/241/s19/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The Committee shall consist of twenty-five members who have expertise, knowledge, and experience regarding the transportation, equipment, and techniques that are used to ship cargo and to navigate vessels on the Lower Mississippi River and its connecting navigable waterways including the Gulf of Mexico:</chapeau>

                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="12">(12) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">One member representing the Associated Federal Pilots and Docking Masters of Louisiana.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/102/241/s19/g" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="g">(g) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The Committee shall terminate on September 30, 2020.</content>
            </subsection>

            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="27">SEC. 27.<ref style="-uslm-dtd:footnote-ref" idref="IDFA805CA00E114B6CB04DC2436633C5F5" class="footnoteRef">1</ref> </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHIP SHOAL LIGHTHOUSE TRANSFER. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Notwithstanding another law, the Secretary of Transportation shall transfer without consideration to the city of Benvick, Louisiana, all rights, title, and interest of the United States in the aid to navigation structure known as the Ship Shoal Lighthouse, Louisiana.</content>
