    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To direct the Architect of the Capitol to place in the United States Capitol a chair honoring American Prisoners of War/Missing in Action.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote">National POW/MIA Remembrance Act of 2015</shortTitle>”.</content>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s2" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">FINDINGS. </heading>
            <chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Congress finds the following:</chapeau>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s2/1" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">In recent years, commemorative chairs honoring American Prisoners of War/Missing in Action have been placed in prominent locations across the United States.</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s2/2" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The United States Capitol is an appropriate location to place a commemorative chair honoring American Prisoners of War/Missing in Action.</content>
            </paragraph>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s3" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">PLACEMENT OF A CHAIR IN UNITED STATES CAPITOL HONORING AMERICAN PRISONERS OF WAR/MISSING IN ACTION. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s3/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Obtaining Chair.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The Architect of the Capitol shall enter into an agreement to obtain a chair featuring the logo of the National League of POW/MIA Families under such terms and conditions as the Architect considers appropriate and consistent with applicable law.</content>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s3/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Placement.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Architect shall place the chair obtained under subsection (a) in a suitable permanent location in the United States Capitol.</content>
            </subsection>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s4" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">FUNDING. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s4/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Donations.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The Architect of the Capitol may—</chapeau>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s4/a/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">enter into an agreement with any organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 that is exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of that Code to solicit private donations to carry out the purposes of this Act; and</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s4/a/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">accept donations of funds, property, and services to carry out the purposes of this Act.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/114/147/s4/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Costs.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">All costs incurred in carrying out the purposes of this Act shall be paid for with private donations received under subsection (a).</content>
            </subsection>
        </section>
