    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To reauthorize the Young Women’s Breast Health Education and Awareness Requires Learning Young Act of 2009.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/265/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t42/s201">42 U.S.C. 201 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote">EARLY Act Reauthorization of 2014</shortTitle>”.</content>

        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/265/s2" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">REAUTHORIZATION OF THE YOUNG WOMEN’S BREAST HEALTH EDUCATION AND AWARENESS REQUIRES LEARNING YOUNG ACT OF 2009. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 399NN(h) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 280m(h)) is amended by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">$9,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2010 through 2014</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">$4,900,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019</quotedText>”.</content>

        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/265/s3" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">GAO REPORT ON HHS ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE BREAST CANCER EDUCATION. </heading>
            <chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the appropriate committees of the Congress a report—</chapeau>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/265/s3/1" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">listing and detailing the activities of the Department of Health and Human Services that provide or support breast cancer education described in subsection (a), (b), (c), or (d) of section 399NN of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 280m); and</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/265/s3/2" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">identifying any such activities that are duplicative with each other or with other Federal breast cancer education efforts.</content>
            </paragraph>
