    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To reauthorize programs authorized under the Debbie Smith Act of 2004, and for other purposes.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/182/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t34/s10101">34 U.S.C. 10101 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Debbie Smith Reauthorization Act of 2014</shortTitle>”.</content>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/182/s2" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">GENERAL REAUTHORIZATION. </heading>
            <chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 2 of the DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act of 2000 (42 U.S.C. 14135) is amended—</chapeau>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/182/s2/1" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subsection (c)(3)—</chapeau>
                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/182/s2/1/A" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (B), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2010 through 2018</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2014 through 2019</quotedText>”; and</content>
                </subparagraph>
                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/182/s2/1/B" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (C), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2018</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2019</quotedText>”; and</content>
                </subparagraph>

            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/182/s2/2" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subsection (j), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2009 through 2014</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2015 through 2019</quotedText>”.</content>

            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">TRAINING AND EDUCATION. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 303(b) of the DNA Sexual Assault Justice Act of 2004 (42 U.S.C. 14136(b)) is amended by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2009 through 2014</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2015 through 2019</quotedText>”.</content>

        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/182/s4" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SEXUAL ASSAULT FORENSIC EXAM GRANTS. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 304(c) of the DNA Sexual Assault Justice Act of 2004 (42 U.S.C. 14136a(c)) is amended by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2009 through 2014</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">2015 through 2019</quotedText>”.</content>
