    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the State of Mississippi 2 parcels of surplus land within the boundary of the Natchez Trace Parkway, and for other purposes.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote"><inline style="-uslm-dtd:short-title">Natchez Trace Parkway Land Conveyance Act of 2013</inline></shortTitle>”.</content>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s2" styleType="OLC" role="definitions">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">DEFINITIONS. </heading>
            <chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">In this Act:</chapeau>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s2/1" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Map.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The term “<term style="-uslm-dtd:quote">map</term>” means the map entitled “<term style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Natchez Trace Parkway, Proposed Boundary Change</term>”, numbered 604/105392, and dated November 2010.</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s2/2" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Secretary.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The term “<term style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Secretary</term>” means the Secretary of the Interior.</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s2/3" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">State.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The term “<term style="-uslm-dtd:quote">State</term>” means the State of Mississippi.</content>
            </paragraph>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s3" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">LAND CONVEYANCE. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s3/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Conveyance Authority.—</heading>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s3/a/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In general.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Subject to paragraph (2), the Secretary shall convey to the State, by quitclaim deed and without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcels of land described in subsection (b).</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s3/a/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Compatible use.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The deed of conveyance to the parcel of land that is located southeast of U.S. Route 61/84 and which is commonly known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">bean field property</quotedText>” shall reserve an easement to the United States restricting the use of the parcel to only those uses which are compatible with the Natchez Trace Parkway.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s3/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Description of Land.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The parcels of land referred to in subsection (a) are the 2 parcels totaling approximately 67 acres generally depicted as “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Proposed Conveyance</quotedText>” on the map.</content>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s3/c" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="c">(c) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Availability of Map.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The map shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</content>
            </subsection>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s4" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENTS. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s4/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Exclusion of Conveyed Land.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">On completion of the conveyance to the State of the land described in section 3(b), the boundary of the Natchez Trace Parkway shall be adjusted to exclude the conveyed land.</content>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s4/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Inclusion of Additional Land.—</heading>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s4/b/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In general.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Effective on the date of enactment of this Act, the boundary of the Natchez Trace Parkway is adjusted to include the approximately 10 acres of land that is generally depicted as “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Proposed Addition</quotedText>” on the map.</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/113/35/s4/b/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Administration.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The land added under paragraph (1) shall be administered by the Secretary as part of the Natchez Trace Parkway.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
        </section>
