Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the cost of inspection rendered on and after July 1, 1948, under the requirements of laws relating to Federal inspection of meat and meat food products shall be borne by the United States except the cost of overtime and holiday pay paid pursuant to section 10703 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002.
